[软件工具]windowsmediaplayer 的mediaguider 无法正常打开网页怎么办？

我的M10一开始还好用的，后来一次系统更新之后winXP有了问题，我使用了系统安装盘修复了winXP，可是windowsmediaplayer10的guider这时候打不开原来可以显示的网页了，我觉得好不爽，我不想重装系统，怎么办啊？我还在官网搜到了一点帮助不知道有没有用，太专业了看不懂windowsmediaplayer 。Runtime Error
