1.APQP (先期产品质量策划）
2.FMEA(潜在失效模式及后果分析）
3.SPC（统计过程控制）
4.MSA（测量系统分析）
5.PPAP（生产件批准程序）

品质管理还有7大手法，我在这里先不说了。
建议你去买本专门的书来学习。
我记得我以前买的是中国经济出版社出版的《汽车行业质量管理体系：ISO/TS16949:2002最新实施实物》，在当当就有得买。
