Part One

近年来，随着工业技术的发展和网络信息化的需求，互联网由消费型逐步向生产型转变。工业的特殊性要求网络需通过智能化手段对环境信息进行感知、支持大量设备接入、支持海量多源、多模态数据高速率传输、具备更强的安全性等，这给传统互联网在架构、安全、性能上带来了巨大的挑战。

因此，工业互联网应运而生。工业互联网体系架构由网络、平台、安全三个方面组成，围绕人、机、料、法、环等工业生产核心要素，结合网络、人工智能、云计算、大数据分析等技术，实现企业自动化决策，重构工业生产，其发展态势已在全球形成规模化效应。

标识解析体系作为网络部分的关键基础设施，是实现工业互联网的重要枢纽，而DOA/Handle 技术作为工业互联网标识解析体系使用的重要技术，在其中起到关键作用，不仅是打破信息孤岛、实现数据互操作、挖掘海量数据的基础，也是实现工业互联网数据治理的必备条件。

为了应对国家提出的“3060双碳”目标，部分企业已率先碳盘查，亦或是协助三方机构进行碳核查，为即将到来的碳交易做好准备。

而碳资产管理则是将企业进行碳核查后所获得的碳配额(CEA)，进行合理分配，并通过企业内部进行节能改技等方式或是增加中国核证自愿减排项目(CCER)，减少企业碳排量从而获得更高效益。

碳资产也可理解为企业拥有的额外无形商品，可出售交易，也可以储备，碳价会随行就市并且有逐步上涨的趋势。除此之外，碳资产还有其它特殊意义，如：节能减排、低碳生产等行为也将大大提升企业的公共形象，获得无形的社会附加值；企业双方交易过程中信用评级极高，也会对股东及融(贷)资有利。

因此，管理好企业的碳资产，并将其发挥出有利的价值可以说是近40年企业必然需要面对的问题。

Part Three

当前DOA/Handle 技术在制造业高质量发展中的价值已经逐渐显现，在工业生产端，通过工业互联网赋能，大力提升生产管理能效，减少资源消耗，实现节能增效。例如钢铁行业，宝钢股份宝山基地完成云平台环境搭建，形成“生产计划智能排程”、“设备智能运维诊断”、“质量自动判定与溯源”、“5G技术应用及无人机巡检”等一批智慧制造实践成果，大幅降低单位能耗，是践行碳减排的有力举措。

另一方面，handle技术能提供标识解析服务，辅助企业进行碳资产数据统计、管理及交易，从而实现数字化、绿色化、智能化全方位转型发展。如在标识注册、解析、数据管理及运行监测等：

① 标记数据对象标识符

通过DOA/handle形成唯一编码，从而区分权限，进行处理。相关信息就可以通过特定的标识符进行标记，并在需要的时候进行处理。

② 分布式对象库

分布存储标记完成的数字对象信息及其关联信息等，便于数据的转移或交易。用户通过它可获得已存储的数字对象，也可以很安全的认证这些数字之间的转移或是交易，同时还可以支撑来自外部的交流，它涉及和管理很多的标识符，还有认证体系、结构信息等功能模型。

③ 数据域/数据资源池

数据域或称之为数据资源池，也是分布式结构，对于已经过处理的源数据，通过DOA 对数据分类、处理具体信息等等一系列的操作，使其产生更多、更好的数据价值。

④ 链接共享及安全管理

DOA实现各种信息系统之前信息的连接共享和安全管理。

生平简介

韩德尔（亨德尔Handel,GeorgFrideric1685——1759）德国作曲家。出生于德国哈勒城。他自二十七岁起定居英国，对英国的音乐发展起了重要的作用，英国人亦把他看作是自己的音乐家。韩德尔在西欧音乐史中与巴赫占有相等重要地位，对后世音乐影响极大。

韩德尔自幼即显示出音乐才能。父亲是宫廷理发师兼外科医生，希望儿子学法律而出人头地，因此极力法对韩德尔学音乐。后来由于其管风琴演奏受到当时人们的赞叹，才被允许兼学音乐。以后有人愿意送他去意大利留学，但又遭到父亲的反对。父亲去世后，为尊重长辈意愿，他仍未专门学习音乐。但终因他突出的音乐才能，先后被聘为莫利兹堡教堂的管风琴师和汉堡剧院第二小提琴手。十九岁时创作了他第一部重要作品《圣约翰受难乐》，次年演出他的第一部歌剧《阿尔米拉》。于1706年赴意大利，广泛接触了意大利各歌剧流派的音乐并掌握了这种风格。这时期他创作的宗教音乐和歌剧，因具有浓郁的意大利风格，并达到与意大利作曲家的歌剧相媲美的境地，世人赞赏不止。

1712年定居英国，取得英国宫廷作曲家的职位，并领导歌剧院的工作，致力于意大利风格的歌剧创作，但他的作品中以具有自己的特点和德国音乐的影响。二十年代后随着英国资产阶级的强大和市民阶层对意大利歌剧的反对，他的歌剧事业遭到多次打击。从三十年代起韩德尔才全力转向清唱歌剧的写作，创作了著名的《尼塞亚》、《以色列人在埃及》、《参孙》、《犹大玛卡贝》、《扫罗》等清唱歌剧。这些作品都因其符合当时英国民族主义爱国思想的内容，而受到欢迎。韩德尔一生中共创作歌剧五十多部，清唱剧三十多部，还有许多大协奏曲和室内乐、组曲、序曲、恰空等器乐作品，是一位多产的音乐家。

韩德尔由于勤奋地创作和操劳，晚年患眼疾，1753年双眼失明，1759年4月14日逝世于伦敦，在临去世的前几天（4月6日）还参加了《弥赛亚》的演奏。
